How to remain stress free during exams

  1. Make achievable goals for every day.
  2. Avoid studying all difficult subjects on the same day. e.g avoid chemistry and physics on same day.
  3. Focus on covering any one book completely for every subject. I personally recommend NCERT books for CBSE students.If we keep switching the books it creates immense pressure.
  4. Get in touch with teachers for managing doubts. They are teachers for a reason. Their experience is helpful.
  5. Reward yourself with anything that interests you . Everyone deserves reward after doing it’s work
